Fill out the Graduation Form and print a Hard Copy before you Click on "Submit" button.

Your name should be identical to the name on your birth certificate or any other official document (e.g. national I.D. card).   

The name you will type will appear on your diploma and graduation certificate. 

NO CHANGE in the name is permitted after submitting this form to the Office of the University Registrar.  

Fill out your name in Arabic on the printed hard copy. This is essential as your name in Arabic will not be submitted electronically.

Procedures:

•  Proceed to the Alumni Room 201, First Floor Hill House to settle the above fees.

• Obtain the cashier stamp on the "Graduation Application" form.
• Fill out the "Alumni Data sheet".
• Obtain the Alumni office stamp.
• Master Degree candidates are requested to refer to the Office of the Vice Provost room 204 Main Bldg to complete the 'Exit Survey Form' and then stamp the  ' Graduation Application'.
• Attach a copy of your National ID or Passport to the graduation form to have your name checked.
• Submit the stamped 'Application' to Ms Abla Osman, Room 136, at the Office of the University Registrar.

Submission dates and hours : Tuesday, 1 July 2008 - Sunday, 6 July 2008

  Important Notes:

wAcademic degrees are not granted automatically upon completion of degree  requirements. Students must apply for graduation.

wStudents who do not submit a graduation form will have their names deleted from the current graduating class and will not receive their Diploma or Certificate.

wStudents who fail to meet the degree requirement should file a new graduation form in the following semester. Graduation forms are only valid for the current semester and will not be automatically processed in future semester (s).
