Procedures:

Proceed
to the Alumni Room 201, First Floor Hill House to settle the above fees.

Obtain
the cashier stamp on the "Graduation Application" form.

Fill
out the "Alumni Data sheet".

Obtain
the Alumni office stamp.
- Attach a copy of your National ID or Passport to the graduation form to
have your name checked.
- Submit the stamped "Application" to Ms. Hoda Saad, Room
136, at the Office of the University Registrar.
Submission dates and hours : Tuesday, 1 July 2008 - Sunday, 6 July 2008
From 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Important Notes:

Academic degrees are not granted automatically upon completion of degree
requirements. Students must apply for graduation.

Students who do not submit a graduation form will have their names deleted
from the current graduating class and
will not receive their Diploma or Certificate.

Students who fail to
meet the degree requirement should file a new graduation form in the following
semester. Graduation forms are
only valid for the current semester and will not be automatically processed
in future semester (s).
